KNOWLEDGE THAT BUILDS AGENCIES

A 403(b) agent (sometimes called a 403(b) advisor or retirement specialist) is a licensed financial professional who helps employees in public schools, colleges, universities, and certain nonprofit organizations manage their retirement savings through a 403(b) retirement plan.

A 403(b) plan is similar to a 401(k) but is designed specifically for educators, government workers, and nonprofit employees. The agent’s role is to educate, guide, and assist these employees in setting up, funding, and managing their retirement accounts. They often work closely with teachers, school staff, and administrators to make sure they’re maximizing benefits and avoiding costly mistakes.

A 403(b) agent is more than a financial advisor — they are an educator, guide, and advocate who helps teachers and nonprofit staff secure their financial futures, which strengthens schools, families, and the community as a whole.

What is a 403(b) Agent?

School districts have thousands of employees, and retirement contributions are consistent (payroll deductions). As an agent builds relationships and trust, they benefit from compounding recurring revenue year over year.

Our marketing strategies coupled with word-of-mouth referrals in educator communities often lead to exponential growth. A 403(b) agent’s earnings can start modest but grow significantly with experience and client base. Positions are 100% commission based with no earning cap. While beginners may earn ~$60k–$100k, established agents often make six figures, with top performers exceeding $500k+ annually.
